Business Days : Saturday to Thursday, excluding official public holidays in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
The use of the website, directly or indirectly, for any of the following is strictly prohibited:

Bit4Card provides and sells digital products, including but not limited to: Game cards, Digital gift cards, Electronic vouchers, and more.
The Company acts solely as a distributor of digital products and is not a developer or owner of the associated brands or platforms. Some products may be subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing providers, and the user is responsible for reviewing them.
5. Pricing and Payment
1.All prices are listed in USD.
2.The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
3.Payment is accepted in USD or its equivalent in the cryptocurrencies approved on the website.
4.All payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
Using wallets or payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.
6. Orders and Delivery
Orders may only be placed by registered users.
Digital products are delivered:
1.Immediately upon payment confirmation
2.Through the user's account on the platform
3.Providing an electronic copy of the invoice in the orders section of the user's account, with the ability to view and download it at any time
4.Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided.
7. Refund and Return Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products:
1.All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2.Refund requests are considered only if the code is proven invalid at the time of delivery.
Bit4Card is not responsible for:
1.Products expiring after purchase
2.Suspension, modification, or termination of services by the issuing provider
8. User Responsibilities
By using the website, the User acknowledges and agrees that they have:
